Truly provide the “service” - Your customers would never let you go.

This is what I call service. This is the coffee guy who delivers coffee everyday at the workplace. Our office boy has been off for over a week now and during the time, he has actually washed every single cup and still continued to serve. He just earned himself a steady contract because of his ability to provide his service.

He clearly understood that us having coffee is the service that he provides and not just getting it to work. This is what all service providers need to understand. Solve the customer’s problems and they will NEVER let you go.
