Something we discussed constantly in Multinational Corporate Finance. The SO act has effectively caused the equity markets to become tiny within US. Coupled with the US laws on Tax havens, it makes almost ZERO sense to incorporate a company within the US today.

I am really excited about this week. School comes to an end, with finals being peppered through the week. There are some life-decisions that would be fostered through the week and beyond and most importantly, I get to concentrate on a couple things -
